11+ years of experience leading software development teams to a Utah-based company, employing agile methodologies to enhance individual growth and optimize development performance and quality. Founded an outsourcing company in Brasil, in 2019, serving multiple North American clients. Managed and coordinated developers in Pune, India, ensuring round-the-clock development operations.
11+ Years
I had experienced Agile every day since 2013 when I started managing a team in Brazil for Travelpass.com, a USA company. Working in a remotely located office was never a problem since then. I had to coordinate development teams in Brazil and also development teams in India, respecting timezones, providing staff management, group and individual feedback using Agile Methodologies.
4 Years
In 2019 I started a new company: UP Outsourcing, with a business partner - where we joined our skills to build a development company focused on collaborators to provide Development with more quality. We have brought more clients on board since then, setting up dedicated development teams in Brazil and making everyone feel in the same place, even remotely located.
10 Years
Currently I'm a Product Owner of Reservation Desk and Reservation Counter project owned by TravelpassGroup / USA.
My job also includes the leadearship for the development team including all clear communication between countries.
Also, in 2007 I started a new product labeled "ChangeRequest.com" -
The outcome was similar to Basecamp, which allowed Technology
Companies to have an organized backlog of tasks to be done.
This product was PHP + Ajax based.
